We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return an item, you have 90 days from the date of purchase to do so.

Our Simple Return Options

• You can return your item in store or by post.
• Returns are processed via Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the shipping method you originally selected.
• If you’ve simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your order as long as it’s in its original, resealable condition with undamaged packaging.

Important Notes

• Items not returned in a fully resaleable condition, or with damaged packaging, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
